Ya hooooooo!! Finally attachment is over.. so happy can enjoy hol. liao... Haha!!

Hmm.. today last day, got to do afternoon shift cos the ward sister said cannot too many ppl in the ward so had to spilt into 2 shift lor.. So sian!!! Attachment over onli at 9pm... Haiz at least better then nothing la.. at least our attachment is over hahaha!!!!!

Hahahah!!! Becos today is last day so I abit slack in the ward.. hahaha!! Onli listen to report but nv take down.. Hahahah!! Some more the afternoon ppl take report halfway den went into the room and listen to the adv dip student so called educational teaching... Hahaha!! Slack the whole day afternoon do nothing much... do onli the usually stuff ha ha!!=)

Quite fun coming to the end of our shift.. After break come back our CF called in one by one to get our result for this CA den after tat I bring pt. down to have ultrasound done den CF called.. ask me go back ward to sign the log book cos she is going back liao.. therefore 1 of my other friend come down and take over whereas i go back ward lor..haha!! Hee!!:)

When coming to the end of shift ard 8pm, we were standing ard playing some 'IQ' game can said it's a bit lame oso, den 1 of my friends suggested tat let do a so called 'play therapy' with some children...Haha!!! So we went and play with some of the children at their bed side till it time for us to go home.. Hahahahah!!!:))) It's fun actually.. Hahaha!! As can c tat the children seem to been entertain by our lame 'IQ' qns.. Hahahaha!!!

Say bye to all(children and nurses), wash hand, sign off and go off.. hahaha!! Tat how my last day of attachment in pade pass... Haha!!!(((:

Wow, for the 2 weeks attachment I almost everyday have Mac for my lunch and dinner sia.. Think had put on alot of weight liao.. MUST(will try la, haha!!) find time to do some exercise and cut down the weight liao.. If not donno how will I look like sia..Hahaha!!^^

Got to really enjoy my hol. well.. Heeee!!!^^

Ha ha!! The time in the afternoon shift passed quite fast today.. Cos there is quite a lot of things to do today as there is quite a lot of new admission, patients come back frm op, coax the crying baby.. etc..

Manage to prepare milk , prepare medication and the most interesting things is that I manage to carry baby and coax her to slp.. Hahaha!! The feeling is so wonderful and fun.. Haha!!

When I carry the baby and pat her she fall a slp but when I put her down the cot bed she is so alert and her eyes open so big as if she want to tell us that she is awake.. Ha ha!!! Lucky she nv cry when I put her down... cos usually she will cry when leave her in the cot bed... haha!!! It fun carrying a baby..Haha!! Should try and feed the baby by carrying them in arms today... Haha!!

Haiz.. Just about to fisish my case study research... Hahaha!! FINALLY!!! Tml morning shift sia... sian very tired!!! Still had to present the case study.. Siam arrrrr!!!!!!

3 more days go.. Hee!!!=)

Yeah finally coming to the last days of the weeks.. The end of attachment is getting nearer.. Hahahaha!!!=) Counting down 5 more days!!!!!!

Anyway, today I suppose to be in morning but I had change to afternoon cos one if them said that she had to go for work in the afternoon need to change to morning.... so I change wif her lor...

Today our lecture is in the afternoon shift and she teach us how to count medication and she also allow us to serve the medication under the supervision of her and staff nurse... Hahaha!!

We had the chance to prepare the medication and serve it and ard 7 plus... It was quite fun even though I was a bit slow and confused as this is 1st time doing ma... cos the IMR that the staff nurse give me had a long list of medication, other get the IMR that had onli 2-3 medication..

Hmm.. Nothing special today la...

Just did NGT feeding, applying eyes ointment, serving medication, do apex beat (on Edwin) Hahhaha!!! Damn funny sia doing on him!!!:)))))

Ok la.. Nothing liao.. gtg will update again next time!!!^^

Oooooo yes!!! Attachment ending soon... Hahaha!!! Coming down 6 more days...

Walao!!! My ward is super damn boring sia... Some of the staff nurses there are like super arrogant sia.. but lucky the SSN is very good she willing to teach and help us in things that we are not sure of... Hahahaha!!!~~

The ward, most of the patients(children) are frm age 7-14yrs old, there are also a few infants...

All the patients'(children) parents stay overnight and accompany them... and they are always with them 24/7 so we had quite less time to interact with the patients... Some more we are not allowed to carry baby, if we carry must have some senior staff or lecture with us...Haiz sian!!! This cannot that cannot... that y we had not much things to do... SIAN!!!^^

But I when c the children I feel that they are quite poor thing, they are so young and they had so many tubing on them and they need so many IV drips... Really feel sad for them sia... We can do nothing much, wat we can do is to make their stay in hospital a happy one.. Haha!!:)

Attachment ending in 6 days times.. and will be holidays for 2 weeks after tat... Ha ha!!!

Alr got to go slp liao.. tml still have to go for work!!!Bye!!! ^-^

Haha!! Today 1st day of attachment... Posted to a Paeds ward.. The ward is mainly a surgical ward but they oso did intake medical patients, if there is not enough palce in other wards they will take in to our paeds ward 55.. It happen to has quite a lot of staff nurses in 1 duty... But today we really had nothing much to do.. and all there vital signs and charts are taken away and it is not in the regular timing...

HAiz yo so messy today.. Some more they oso nv orientate us probably the wards...Its just a sample case file and it is flying everywhere and they oso nv orientate probably, it just a brief abt the wards... Like how to use the call bell, as their call bell is different frm the normal hospital we usually went, and they oso did nt tell us exactly wat is the timing for doing the vital signs sia... All the chart is in different timing.. C le oso very headache...

Or maybe this is onli the 1st day of attachment, that y we had 'Monday blues'. Hopefully we could get use to the environment as we go along and hopefully to survive pass this 2 weeks and pass my CA well...

Alr I will stop here... hopefully the subsequent day will be a better day man.... =)

Hmmm.. today NS4 common test still went quite smoothly... The things that I study did not come out much but the things that I don study it come sia... I donno the answer so I just write whatever I think and watever I can rmb lor... Just like wat we will do if certain things happened lor... Haiz ya just write watever I think la... Donno correct a not, hopefully can pass la den I will be very happy le... Hahahaha!!!=)

But den the paper start so late la... It start at 6.30pm sia... and end at 7.30pm... It was so late la.. After the test come out frm the room the sky was so dark and this is the first time that go home frm sch so late hahahah!!! Mm.. tml will be the same time oso... Haiz so late... ~~

Arrrrrr, tml NS3 sia... Also donno wat to study sia... The notes super thick sia, NS3 notes is the thickest among all the modules sia... and it has so many things to noe, its make me donno wat to study and where to start sia... Haiz!! Hmm... If fail this module I oso won't be surprised~~ cos I really donno how to study and where to start... Of cos if got a choice nobody wan to fail any of the modules la... but if really cannot make it oso no choice... But hopefully tml paper will not be too difficult!!!^^

Ok gtg and study liao id not tml die ar.... Haha!!! Will update again!!:)
