Haha!! Today 1st day of attachment... Posted to a Paeds ward.. The ward is mainly a surgical ward but they oso did intake medical patients, if there is not enough palce in other wards they will take in to our paeds ward 55.. It happen to has quite a lot of staff nurses in 1 duty... But today we really had nothing much to do.. and all there vital signs and charts are taken away and it is not in the regular timing...

HAiz yo so messy today.. Some more they oso nv orientate us probably the wards...Its just a sample case file and it is flying everywhere and they oso nv orientate probably, it just a brief abt the wards... Like how to use the call bell, as their call bell is different frm the normal hospital we usually went, and they oso did nt tell us exactly wat is the timing for doing the vital signs sia... All the chart is in different timing.. C le oso very headache...

Or maybe this is onli the 1st day of attachment, that y we had 'Monday blues'. Hopefully we could get use to the environment as we go along and hopefully to survive pass this 2 weeks and pass my CA well...

Alr I will stop here... hopefully the subsequent day will be a better day man.... =)
